Eric Peek got his real estate licenses in 1986.  Eric had previously worked for Re/Max for 20 years.  Eric wanted to offer more personal service to his clients and moved to RealtyForce in Bethesda in the beginning of November 2008. Eric e lives in Chevy Chase for over 10 years with his wife Hope and children Ally and Stan and he is your neighborhood Realtor. With a smaller company, Eric has the advantage of being able to pass on some of the savings directly to the client. For example, Eric does charge any extra administrative fees that many larger companies charge. Eric is licensed in all 3 jurisdications DC/MD/VA.  Eric is a Broker and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
